We will wait until all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse before shipping. This way, you only need to pay for shipping once. However, if you prefer to receive In-Stock items as soon as possible, please place one order for in-stock items and a separate order for pre-orders. If you wish to arrange multiple shipments for an existing order, you can contact us, we'll gladly to do that for you.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in Canada, within 13-24 days in Europe and the US. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. To start a return, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please note there might be a 10% cancellation / restocking fee. Reach out to our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
