👋 Pre-Order & Build-A-Box Tips For pre-orders, we recommend placing a single order per estimated arrival window. Items ship once every item in your order is received — so if you mix items arriving in March with items arriving in July, you'll wait until July for everything.

Please note that for mixed orders (in-stock and pre-orders) : We do not send updates when certain pre-order items arrive. We will send the order when everything is received. If an item is delayed, it will be marked on the website. Otherwise, you can always write us an email to find out their status, we will be happy to answer you. For the Build-a-Box program, if you have pre-orders in your box that have not yet arrived and you ask us to ship your box, the pending items will automatically be added to the next box you create, and so on. Check the estimated arrival date on each product page before ordering. Some items may be marked "Delayed by manufacturer" — this will always be noted in the product description.

For in-stock items you want shipped immediately, always select Regular Shipping — not "Start-a-box" or "Add to my box". Those options are exclusively for the Build-A-Box program.

⚠️ If you chose Regular Shipping on a previous order, "Add to my box" is not available for subsequent orders unless a "Start my box" fee is already active on your account.
