📅 Closure Dates

Our office and fulfillment center will be closed from December 22 to January 2.

During this period:

No orders will be shipped

Order processing will resume when we return

 

✉️ Customer Support

We will be checking and responding to urgent emails occasionally during our holiday break. However, outside of urgent matters, responses may be delayed.

 

🚚 Shipping Cut-Off Date

To ensure your order ships before our holiday closure, please note:

Orders must be placed by December 18 at midnight

This applies to all regular orders and Build‑A‑Box shipments

Orders placed after December 18 will be prepared and shipped starting January 2, in the order they are received.

 

📦 Build‑A‑Box Customers

If you would like your Build‑A‑Box to be shipped before the holidays, it must be finalized and requested no later than December 18 at midnight.
