Important Update for Our U.S. Customers – De Minimis Rule Change

    Effective Date: August 24, 2025

    What’s Changing

The U.S. government has announced a major change to the De Minimis rule. As of August 29th, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties and tariffs prepaid. This means that the old DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) shipping method we previously used is no longer allowed.

    Why This Matters

Until now, most small U.S. orders could clear customs tax-free under the $800 De Minimis threshold. With the new policy:

    Every shipment requires prepaid duties.

Carriers need complete product information and tariff codes for each order before it enters the U.S.

This requires a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping setup, which is not yet available through our current carrier partners.

    Our Temporary Solution

    - We are disabling U.S. shipping at checkout until we have a DDP service fully in place.

    - Existing U.S. pre-orders are not canceled. We are holding them safely in our system and will ship them once we have a compliant solution.

    - We will not mass refund all pre-orders, as we are confident we’ll have a path forward soon.

    Our Commitment to You

We know many of you have trusted us with large pre-orders worth thousands of dollars. Please rest assured:

Your orders are secured and will be fulfilled as soon as shipping solutions are ready.

We are in active discussions with carriers and exploring multiple logistics options to bring back U.S. shipping as quickly as possible.

If necessary, we will provide individual updates and work with customers on case-by-case resolutions.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We will update this page regularly as new solutions become available.
