Thank you for your patience on this one! As many collectors know, this series has seen incredible demand worldwide, resulting in a supply shortage across the board.

Our first shipment has arrived, but it only covered a portion of our total order,roughly 20%. Because of this, we've allocated 1 case per customer on a oldest-order-first basis, and those orders have already been packed and shipped or stored in your Build-a-Box.

If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, your order is still in queue for our next shipment. We do not yet have a confirmed date or quantity for the next batch, and at this time there's no guarantee on timing, we'll update this listing as soon as we have real information from our supplier.

We understand waiting is frustrating, especially with a sealed item like this, so we've waived the pre-order cancellation fee for this release. If you'd prefer a refund instead of waiting, just reach out to us and we'll take care of it, no penalty.
