How to Unlock "Add to My Box"
The "Add to My Box" option is not available by default at checkout. It only becomes available after you have placed at least one "Start My Box" order. Make sure to start your box first — then all future orders can be added for free.
Step 1
Start Your Box
Choose the "Start a Box" shipping option on your first order. This one-time fee covers shipping, storage, and future transaction fees. We hold your items safely in our warehouse.
Step 2
Add to Your Box — Free!
For every subsequent order, select "Add to My Box". This is completely free. Keep adding items at your own pace — no rush, no extra shipping charges.
Step 3
Request Shipping
When you're ready, fill out the "Ship my Build-A-Box" form on our website. We'll confirm all your items, pack them securely, and ship with a tracking number.
Step 4
Enjoy Your Treasures!
Your personalized box arrives at your door, packed with all the collectibles you've carefully chosen over time.
Step 5
Start Over!
Once your box is received, simply select "Start a Box" again on your next order to begin a new one.

6-Month Storage Limit
We can hold your items for a maximum of 6 months from your first "Start a Box" order.
Oversize / Heavy Box Fees
If your box reaches a certain size or weight, additional shipping fees may apply. We will always notify you in advance.
Automatic Shipping When Full
To protect your collectibles, we reserve the right to ship your box automatically once it's full. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Want Items Immediately?
Select the regular shipping option at checkout. Note: you cannot combine regular shipping with your Build-A-Box in the same order.
Pre-Order Delays
If you request shipping while pre-ordered items are still pending, those items will be automatically deferred to your next box at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy: All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee. We reserve the right to withdraw Build-A-Box access in cases of excessive cancellations. Free shipping promotions are not compatible with the Build-A-Box program.
