In regards to your orders, please check to see if your item(s) is in fact a pre-order or in stock item(s) before requesting a status update. Estimated release dates are always shown on the product listing itself for a pre-order item(s). On that note I would take the estimated release dates with a grain of salt. Top Collectibles Inc. is not responsible for any delays on pre-orders due to manufacturer delays, date changes or anything that is beyond our control. We strive to do our best to update pre-order information as it is given to us. Pre-orders are usually paid for in advance by us therefore securing your item(s). Please be patient with us as these pre-order item(s) are usually listed months in advance. Due to us securing your pre-orders in advance, we will charge a 10% fee on every cancellations. Please make sure the item that is ordered is what you want before pre-ordering and you are aware of the Estimated Date of Arrival.

Multiple Pre-Orders with Different ETA: When you pre-order multiple items with different estimated times of arrival (ETAs), we will typically wait until all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse before shipping. This way, you only need to pay for shipping once. However, if you prefer to receive each of your pre-ordered items as soon as they become available, we can arrange separate shipments for each. Please contact us directly if you wish to arrange for this type of shipping, and we can discuss the associated details and costs.

Combining with In-Stock Items: Combining in-stock items with pre-orders in a single order is a feature we are glad to offer you. This process allows you to reserve future releases while shopping for currently available items.we will typically wait until all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse before shipping. This way, you only need to pay for shipping once. However, if you prefer to receive In-Stock items as soon as possible, we can arrange separate shipments for each. Please contact us directly if you wish to arrange for this type of shipping, and we can discuss the associated details and costs. If at any point you wish to add more items to your order, whether in-stock or pre-order, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Build-A-Box: You can combine in-stock items as well as Pre-orders in your Build-A-Box. However, if we didn't receive your items before we ship your box, you will need to pay for shipping again.

Stock Notice: Our "In stock" indicator is not indicatory of in-hand stock, but total available allocations from our suppliers. We do this to represent what is available from our pre-purchased incoming inventory.

Pre-orders help our business maintain and strengthen supplier and manufacturer relationships; the more we get, the more we can offer! We ask kindly to limit emails requesting updates on anything in the pre-order section as in the current scope of the world, their will be delays from many of your favorite manufacturers.
